Payment

You can pay either using Worldpay's secure online service or by sending an order form and cheque. To send an order form: add your selected items to the shopping cart. Then click on "Pay by Cheque". Enter your personal details to the form then print it out.

Delivery

Orders are despatched within 1 or 2 working days of ordering (but are often sent on the day of ordering). UK orders will be sent by first class post or courier. European/US orders will be sent by airmail. If an item is not in stock you will be notified (by telephone/email) and offered an alternative. (It is advisable to give your telephone number on the order form.) A postage and packing charge will apply:

• UK mainland £2.95
• Europe/USA £8.95

Orders may be sent by recorded delivery. Note : If payment is by cheque your order will be sent once your cheque has cleared.

Please email or telephone to determine delivery costs for destinations outside of Europe/US.

Urgent orders

If your order is urgent please e-mail us so we can do everything possible to make sure you receive it on time. Please place your order by telephone if you need Next Day delivery - there will be an additional charge for this service.

Returns

If you wish to return* your goods please do so within 14 days. You may exchange them or receive a refund (excluding any postage charges).

Please ensure that:

• The goods are in a re-saleable condition - unworn and in original packaging and with labels intact.
• You enclose the delivery note sent out with your order.
• You email/telephone us first to inform us that you are returning the items.
• You send the goods back by recorded delivery as equatorsun will not be held responsible for undelivered goods or goods damaged in transit.
