Payment

You can pay either using Worldpay's secure online service or by sending an order form and cheque. To send an order form: add your selected items to the shopping cart. Then click on "Pay by Cheque". Enter your personal details to the form then print it out.

Delivery

Orders are usually despatched within 1 or 2 working days of ordering. UK orders will be sent by first class post or courier. European/US orders will be sent by airmail. If an item is not in stock you will be notified (by telephone/email) and offered an alternative. (It is advisable to give your telephone number on the order form.) A postage and packing charge will apply:

• UK mainland £2.95
• Europe/USA £8.95

Orders may be sent by recorded delivery. Note : If payment is by cheque your order will be sent once your cheque has cleared.

Urgent orders

If your order is urgent please e-mail us so we can do everything possible to make sure you receive it on time. Please place your order by telephone if you need Next Day delivery - there will be an additional charge for this service.

Returns

If you wish to return* your goods please do so within 14 days. You may exchange them or receive a refund (excluding any postage charges).

Please ensure that:

• The goods are in a re-saleable condition - unworn and in original packaging and with labels intact.
• You enclose the delivery note sent out with your order.
• You email/telephone us first to inform us that you are returning the items.
• You send the goods back by recorded delivery as equatorsun will not be held responsible for undelivered goods or goods damaged in transit.
